The Core Group (chair, vice chair & the WG leaders) finally completed the Super-B Work & Budget plan for year 1. You can read it here. Next, the procedure is as follows:
- With this email, the chair asks all MC members to accept or reject this Work & Budget plan, by mailing your vote to super-b@naturalis.nl .
- Only 1 vote per country! So please agree with the other MC members in your country first, then choose 1 MC member per country who emails the chair what your country decides (that makes it a lot easier for us too!) and cc your fellow country members.
- The deadline for voting is this Sunday, May 31, at Midnight.
- The decision will be based on the majority of votes.
- No answer from your country = you accept.
- If the MC accepts the plan, it will be send to COST next week.
